Pembroke Area Transportation Study

There will be an Open House to cover options for enhancing Transportation in the Pembroke/Central Business District area. It will be from 5-7 P.M. on March 17 at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.

To be covered are roadways, highway flyovers, transit, pedestrian bridges, etc. Sounds like fun.

Except I can't get home unless I duck out early. Last 36 leaves there at 6:10. Count me in for part of it though.

Yes, that means catching the last 36 at the bus stop in front of the Cosmopolitan Apartments.

That's if the 36 remembers. (see my Blog Entry for more details)

Sometime late Wednesday-early Thursday the construction barricades on Constitution were moved a few feet. That allows buses coming out Corporation to make a left on Constitution, avoiding the loop around Pembroke Mall.

I've been on four 20s the last two days that made the left turn there.
