What was a Newport News school bus doing in Virginia Beach? Going into a residential neighborhood on a Saturday of a holiday weekend? I'm sure Newport News taxpayers would love to know.

Maybe the driver lives there? Yes, Cheesewagons do sometimes spend the night at their driver's homes (of course this wouldn't explain if the bus was rolling during the Holiday)
